What is a Moola Machine?

Our Moola Machine is an automated money changing machine that can exchange foreign currencies. It allows you to trade both ways, i.e., BUY and SELL.

What currencies can I trade?

We can generally buy and sell up to 13 currencies. The currencies we trade are USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, JPY, MYR, THB, IDR, CNY, HKD, KRW, TWD and SGD.

Are you a licensed money changer?

Yes, we are a licensed money changer regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. We are trading under Money Supply Pte Ltd (UEN. 200617963M, MAS License M No. 005982).

Can I choose the denominations I want?

We only provide the denominations that are most commonly used which are USD 100, EUR 50, AUD 50, JPY 10000, MYR 50, THB 1000, IDR 100000, CNY 100, HKD 500, TWD 1000. For SGD we provide the major denominations and coins.

May I request for a refund?

All transactions and currencies, once confirmed will be dispensed immediately at the Moola Machine. There will be no refund. However, you can cancel the transaction at any time before you confirm. Please kindly check that the rates and amounts that are displayed clearly on the screen!

What if the Moola Machine runs out of money?

In a very rare situation if the Moola Machine fails to dispense the required currencies for whatever reasons, we will investigate and make arrangement with you to self-collect or deliver any shortfall within the next working day. Please keep the receipt and call our support hotline for assistance.

Can I sell you my foreign currencies?

Yes! You can sell us all your foreign currencies (notes only) at our Moola Machines.
